Playful Hut is reusable packaging designed for a large energy storage product. The packaging is made from biodegradable corrugated and honeycomb cardboard, which provides load bearing strength and cushioning during transport. Tongue-and-slot connections replace glue and plastic. Easy-tear perforations allow users to open hollow spaces and remove paper blocks, so the outer box becomes a playhouse and the inner tray becomes toy furniture. The box unfolds on four sides for easier handling. The aim is to reduce material waste and extend the useful life of packaging.

Green Power System
Navi is a home green power system that combines photovoltaic generation, battery storage and charging and discharging functions in one unit. Solar panels are placed on a balcony, roof or garden and joined to the main unit with two cables, while one alternating current cable links the main unit to the home supply. Installation takes about five minutes and needs no electrician. The casing is made of titanium magnesium aluminium alloy with IP65 protection. A mobile application monitors appliance use and sets an efficient power strategy.

Repurpose Packaging
Ecopuzzle Guard is a reusable packaging design for a portable power product. The packaging is cut from a single sheet of fully recycled corrugated cardboard with a water based coating. After unboxing, the components are removed from the top lid and snapped together without tools. The pieces form three puzzle like scenes: tent camping, recreational vehicle travel and home backup power. The assembled piece can be kept as a desktop display, which extends the life of the packaging. The design combines protection, interaction and reuse in order to reduce waste.

Global Keepsake is a packaging design created for solar powered portable power stations. The structure, materials, and cost of the original package remain unchanged. Original illustrations of global landmarks add a cultural narrative and collectible value. The flip top can be torn off and reused as bookmarks and as a do it yourself album, so the package can be kept after unboxing. Printing uses soy based ink and standard offset processes. The modular illustration system can be scaled across a product series, extending the life of packaging that is usually discarded.

Solar Mars Bot is a mobile energy storage robot that combines solar power generation, battery storage and charging in one unit.
